Meet Maria

  • Maria Jensen, LCSW

Hi, I’m Maria—a therapist, coach, former industrial engineer, and endlessly curious human. My path from engineering to social work may be unconventional, but both reflect things I’ve always loved: understanding how people and systems work, noticing patterns, and finding thoughtful ways to make life a little more manageable.

Outside of work, I’m happiest exploring somewhere new, spending time in nature, getting lost in a book or a new hobby, and creating cozy spaces wherever I am. I love moving my body—from weightlifting and HYROX to hiking and long walks—but I’m equally happy watching sports or settling in with a good K-drama. And most days, you’ll find my dog, Freya, right beside me.
